The Blackbird Ballycotton bar is steeped in history and memories, if only the walls could talk.
You enter the main bar via the original old entrance doors and it is like stepping through time seeing the original red and black tiled floor, panelled walls, stove and stylishly refurbished traditional pub benches, stools and bar stools.
The occasional tables are mainly recycled singer sewing machine tables and everything is traditional, yet freshly maintained. To the left of the main bar is the 'Bold Corner', a snug area that will comfortably seat 8, very close to the end of the bar.
